i swear i must be the most impatient person in the world, especially when i want something really really bad. for instance, my number one job choice is keeping me hanging on this limb, where i wait to see if i'll be getting an offer or not. they got my hopes up by giving me a benefits summary and having me interview with a slew of people and then... nothing. hello!! can we keep it moving, PLEASE?!

meanwhile, i have two companies begging for me to come work for them. haha. ok, not begging, but offering me the option to work for them. same shit. but they're not the ones i want. damnit. and they want an answer... now.

"never get the ones you want or want the ones you get." i think that was a quote i said back in college in regards to some boys at the time. haha. i guess it can apply here too. cmon, number one choice... pull through, will ya?!

oh, and in other news, i got a place in sf this past weekend (my parents are buying, i'm renting from them, just like sister). 355 first street #1904, south tower, corner of folsom. one bedroom with a balcony overlooking the bay bridge. be ready for a phatty housewarming party, and i'll be trying to reserve the theatre for a super superbowl bash. we'll see... i'll get excited about that after all this job crap.

one thing's for certain. i'm now a bay area resident. crazy, huh? just goes to show how very unpredictable life can be.
