hope everyone had a happy holiday.

mine was different.. christmas eve especially. i didn't realize how fun christmas could be until i went to another family's party. i'm so used to christmas being a day of boredom, arguments, sleepiness and food... with a few presents thrown in. now i know what a fun christmas celebration is like and i want more like that. if only i could get my family to get into the holiday...

anyhow, went boarding yesterday for a half day. i've been working on going faster down steeper slopes and have taken a few (yes, only a few) bad spills in the process. today my "good" knee feels crooked. i'm limping... very reminiscent of my gimp days in hs.

must heal. must get even faster. and must grow enough balls to enter the park. haha.
