merry almost christmas!

i had originally thought i'd be sticking around for the holidays and i started looking forward to it. i thought i'd get to relax and head up to the mountain for a few days since my work's closed all next week. but then my parents found a fare sale and now i'm in for quite the busy vacation.

i leave sunday morning for toronto to hang with my mom's side. it should be pretty cool... i haven't been up to visit them since i was a kid. unfortunately, according to my cousin, this is the only year there hasn't been snow in december. (damn global warming.) i thought i'd get to board, but its looking less and less likely. i am bummed.

after a 5 day stay in toronto, we're flying down to vegas for 2 nights to see some more family and also because it was a good deal. after that, we arrive in san francisco on new years eve, just in time to ring in the new year. i am going to be pooped and at capacity when it comes to family fun time. haha. we shall see.

anyway, i will try and write another entry before the end of 2006, but in case i don't get a chance... happy holidays everyone! and have a safe new year! :)
