I'M BAAAAAACK!!!

after an almost 7 month absence from my hometown, i am once again on my old stomping grounds. man, it was weird walking into my room again after being gone so long. but its nice to be back again even though it was quite the headache (literally) getting here.

i missed my 5:30pm flight out of newark airport because of a variety of things -- traffic, long lines, leaving too late. then i was stressing out because i thought i'd be stuck in ny for an extra night. luckily, i got a standby seat on a later flight to SFO. and lucky lucky me, it was a seat in first class. i, of course, had to take advantage of the free alcohol. 3 glasses of wine later, my head was pounding. but i enjoyed the two movies -- x2 and brown suga. haha. i should miss my flight more often.

[ok sidenote. as i was typing this, there was just a 6.4 earthquake. haha. welcome back to cali, i guess.]
