firstly, regarding jeffs blog about salaries and savings, the girls and i were having a very grown-up discussion over dinner tonight (at mcdonalds). we were talking about investing... IRAs, stocks and bonds, CDs and other financial jibberjabber.

personally, i have vague investment plans that i have yet to act upon. i really need to get moving on that and follow the example of my cousin by working smart to get rich instead of working so damn hard. i guess compared to other people my age, i'm ahead of the game since i'm already thinking of my financial future and have saved a decent amount of dough. but i need to make some moves. definitely, yes, definitely.

and on a completely unrelated note, i am proud to say that today i was officially promoted to the beginner II-level salsa class. ole!
