27 going on 28

It was awesome being home last weekend but it sure was action packed. The weekend started off with Jeng's triathalon. I have pictures to upload and will blog and share those later. For now, I'll skip that and just write a little blurb-y-blurb about my birthday.

I'm 27 but I swear I've felt 27 for a year already. It just took forever for the date to actually arrive to make it official. I think its because I'm younger than all my friends so when they all turn 27, I feel like that's how old I am too. If that's the case, I'll be 28 in a few months. :)

I had a really low-key birthday weekend but it was just what I wanted. I'm happy and thankful for everyone that came out (and for those presents I didn't expect). Thanks to Jeng for organizing! Here are the fun pictures from the event, courtesy of May.
