on another note, so some think california is all sun and palm trees...ha, i wish. when i came from freezing temperatures to this supposedly sunshine-filled state, i did NOT expect or want torrential downpours and 45mph winds. makes me think i'd rather have -2 degree temperatures and snow. or not. anyway, LA this weekend, hopefully things will look brighter down there.
