happy belated easter everyone. hope you all indulged in some chocolate bunnies and found all the hidden eggs. also, happy belated bday to my cuz, warren...sebastian...master of all that is pimpin... whatever you call yourself nowadays... since i know you read this, i tried calling you but apparently you changed your number or something. way to keep in touch with the fam. anyway, hope your bday was swell. =) we gotta celebrate and catch up one of these days.

now time to update the blog (this will be long)...

first off...my decision has been made. i'm taking the job and staying in new york. hopefully not for long, but for now, it seems like the place i should be. i'm enjoying work more. (i got to go to a client meeting all by myself, i'm getting a bigger cubicle, and i got keys to the office) in this economy, i should take what i can get and "Project Manager" sure is a great first real job.

i'm excited (wow, i'm a grown up), worried (did i make the right decision!?) but definitely sad. like i blogged before, my home and my heart is in cali and that's never changing. elaine said something that stuck with me. "we'll always be here, but this opportunity won't be." and she was right. i'll be home eventually.

so carpe diem. i'm seizing the day. and now that it's been seized, i'm onto other crap. school (i haven't done work in weeks)... expo (THIS thursday, april 24, puck building, 7pm, be there)... and finding a place to live and a person i can tolerate living with (any applicants?).

other things on ei's calendar-o-fun:
- kat, cat and jennie are visiting this weekend (24-27apr) to party it up new york style. girls night out (minus a few girls) for a whole weekend! woohoo!!
- senior week (28apr-03may) which consists of a free dinner, 2 broadway shows (cabaret and la boheme), a drunken fest, a yankees vs. a's game. (i'm rooting for the yankees) and the highlight... SENIOR FORMAL! (featuring a fun visitor and my hot date)

so all in all, good times ahead. and whew. that's all been updated... although pictures haven't been... (eh, f*** it. i'll just do em this summer)... now lets get back to work.
