last summer in new york, i motivated myself to research fun events and activities that were happening in the city. i found a ton of things to do and actually began doing them. it made my last few months in new york some of the most memorable times i had.

now that i live in san francisco, i don't want to waste my experience living here. so i've begun to research all the fun kinds of things there are to do around here -- festivals, shows, concerts, sites. even though i grew up here, i never really did any out-of-the-ordinary activities. now my list of things to do is growing and i'm really excited. here are just a few of the things i'm planning:
- street fairs and festivals (this weekend and next weekend)
- hiking and picnicing in angel island and muir woods
- biking golden gate park
- oakland and sf zoo
- free museum admission days
- cherry picking
- kayaking
- archery
- free outdoor concerts
- free outdoor movies
