should i start a new blog?

i want to get back into blogging, especially since i'm moving away again and it will be a good way for my friends (and sister) to check out what i'm up to during my chicago adventures. but i'm debating... should i start a new blog entirely (chi-blog-o, was a suggested name by my coworker) or should i stick to this one since it has uhm, about 6 years of history?

i'd insert a survey here but i don't know how so please comment and let me know what you think. i'm leaning on keep this up since i'm lazy and all. :)
