i was pleasantly surprised by this evening's events. a talent show of sorts showcased more talented people than i would have expected. too bad i was not one of them. oh well.

anyway, the pix to the left is from gray's papaya in the city. if you've seen fools rush in, you'll know what it is. too bad they've raised their prices. used to only be $1.45. damn inflation. so i found this sign amusing not because of the price but because it is very true. we sobered up there friday night, only to go to another bar afterward for round two. bad idea, but good times.
