my first full week back wasn't half bad, as long as i keep myself busy and out of the house. i did, however, almost break down yesterday after being a slave to my parents for 24 hours. i've been fine easing into my new life in cali, but that part is the most trying. i am grateful though that i don't feel pressure from my parents to get home by midnight anymore. and for once, i don't feel like they're always looking over my shoulder at everything i do. that's a huge improvement.

baby steps, baby steps. i've also started my job search. that's no fun. and i've started "work" at my dads store. that's not that fun either. but i have booked my trip to new york. that's something way fun to look forward to. 8/04 to 8/11 or 8/12 (i'm trying to change my return flight.) and hm, what else? i haven't gotten drunk in awhile. i need to work on that.

ok, i think that's that for now. happy july, all.
